The terms of shopping with Everino
By using the Everino website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They are here to keep things fair and clear for both of us.
Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable charges shown at checkout. We do our best to keep product details, images and prices accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and inform you.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, with a delivery charge of Rs 220 on COD orders. Choose Advance Payment for free delivery plus an extra discount on your order total. Advance payment is made to the bank or mobile-wallet details shown at checkout.
Order confirmation
After you order, we may confirm the details with you over WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. This helps us avoid mistakes and make sure your parcel reaches you correctly.
Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 working days depending on your city, excluding weekends and public holidays. Every item is inspected before it ships.
Returns
We offer a 5-day return window if something is genuinely wrong with your order. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
